Dial Telecom will bill fee for the repeated service installation

Starting September 2012 Dial Telecom will in accord with the General Terms and Conditions bill and invoice a fee to all debtors, who will have their services of electronic communication suspended due to unpaid liabilities. The fee for the repeated service installation will be according to the current pricelist listed on www.dialtelecom.cz (1 000 CZK VAT excluded). If the customer pays for the liabilities, which were the reason for the service suspension and all other outstanding liabilities to our company, the services will be reactivated. The above mentioned fee for repeated installation will be taken into account within the next invoicing period.

The standard procedure for service suspension will not be altered in any way. Dial Telecom suspends services to its customers only if the customer does not pay after being sent notices. For the customers, who dully and on time pay their liabilities for the provided services, there will be no influence of this policy.
