Expansion of the metropolitan network

In June and July, Dial Telecom’s metropolitan network was expanded with 16 km of micropipe bundles. An optical microfiber in the length of 4 km from the company’s headquarters (Corso Prague 8) to the DOS building was then introduced into one of these micropipes. Currently, another optical microfiber in the length of 12 km is being introduced between the Sitel and Blanicka locations.

In June, Dial Telecom also completed extensive construction on the most important international connection from the Czech Republic, which runs between Frankfurt and Prague, specifically the Hospozín–Mladotice–Plzeň segment. This segment is now fully operational.
