New SLA offer conditions

Dial Telecom has updated the process for providing the SLA (Service Level Agreement). To obtain service with an SLA it is no longer necessary to sign an addendum to the contract. An SLA will be provided merely by selecting this option in the product specification when the service is ordered. Based on this update, we have changed the General Terms and Conditions that define an SLA ordered through this method.

These Terms are applicable only to those customers who ordered the service after 1 August 2009. The changes to the Terms are applicable only to newly installed services with ordered SLA. The new SLA conditions can be downloaded in the Documents for download section.
