Dial Telecom is Connected to the Peering Exchange VIX.at

Dial Telecom a.s., one of the leading Czech providers of data and voice services, has recently connected to VIX.at, a significant Austrian peering exchange. The key objective of this step is to improve the connection to Internet networks in Austria and in the countries of former Yugoslavia.

Dial Telecom is also directly connected to the Czech peering exchange NIX.CZ, as well as the foreign peering centers DE-CIX, ECIX (Germany), AMS-IX (the Netherlands), LINX (Great Britain), SIX.SK (Slovakia).

To access international peering centers, Dial Telecom makes use of its own optical network with the minimum of active elements along the entire route. Thanks to this fact, Dial Telecom can offer unbeatable levels of latency and latency variants on routes to the most significant world peering centers (Prague – DE-CIX Franfurt under 9 ms), and even a common end user of the Dial Telecom world connectivity can see faster responses while working on the Internet.
