MPLS L3VPN is a flexible and reliable solution for company communications, based on data transmission through an MPLS network.
MPLS L3VPN always provides ‘full mesh’ topology (communication between any points with any other end points), so it easily and efficiently enables the connection of all of company’s branches within one private network. This network can dramatically decrease the operating costs for reliable in-company communication. This service is suitable for connecting local computer networks, applications or hosting centers, with the possibility of combining all data, voice, video and Internet communications within one connection.
Optical, metallic or wireless transmission technologies can be used for physical connections. The capacity of connections is fully variable and the client can choose the speed from 64 Kbps up to the capacities in the order of Gbps.
Thanks to its flexibility and range, MPLS L3VPN is designed for all firms, be they large, medium, or small, who have a high requirement for quality and availability of connectivity through the latest technologies. The essential condition is firms with at least 2 branches.

MPLS VPN includes

- Quality of Service (QoS) setting – enabling the guaranteed transmission of voice, video and other applications within a private network

QoS Setting
- Dial Telecom provides QoS Setting only when the routers by the customer (CPE) are under the management of Dial Telecom.
Supported classes of traffic:
- QoS Extra – suitable for VOIP, IPT
- QoS Premium – suitable for business critical applications, or video conferencing
- QoS Fair – suitable for other business applications
- QoS Cool – best effort quality suitable for Internet
Rules for the QoS settings:
- Throughput within the QoS class is to be ordered as a percentage of the line capacity
- Minimum capacity of any class is 5% of the line capacity and 64 kbit/s bandwidth
- Minimum step to change the capacity of any class is 5% of the capacity of the line
- Maximum capacity for the Extra class is 50% of the capacity of the line
- Sum of capacities of all the QoS classes allocated within the line can only reach 95% of the total bandwidth of the line
Note: If the customer manages its own routers (CPEs), QoS can be set by the customer himself. Dial Telecom MPLS network will ensure a transparent packet transmission in the network according to the priorities set on the customer’s CPEs.
