The 800 LINE allows calls from all users of the telephone network in the Czech Republic to be paid by the receiving party. This service uses a number range starting with 800. The selected telephone number is routed to the customer’s designated geographic telephone number or multiple numbers. The target telephone number can be in the network of any operator in the Czech Republic or abroad. This service is designed for all companies who need or want to be accessible by their partners and customers on a toll-free telephone line.

The 800 LINE service is provided in the Dial Telecom network. All incoming calls to the selected number are routed to your designated phone number (or numbers). It is possible to have this service provided independently of voice communication technology – a standard phone, VOIP or a classic telephone switchboard can be used for the line service.
